These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hadith Hunter (the “App”), developed and operated by Subhanallah Studios (“Subhanallah Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By allowing a minor to use the App, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Hadith Hunter for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control, in accordance with the applicable App Store’s usage rules.

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including coin packs and a Remove Ads purchase, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Virtual currency and items, including coins, upgrades, skins, Perfumes, Fragment Boost, Revive Tokens, and similar items:
Prices for purchases are set within the App and applicable store and may change at any time without notice to you, though changes will not affect purchases you have already made.
All purchases are billed and fulfilled by Apple or Google under their own terms and payment systems. Refund requests should generally be directed to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
If we discontinue the App or a particular feature, you acknowledge that any unused virtual currency or items may become inaccessible, and no compensation will be provided except as required by law.
The App is supported in part by advertising served through Google AdMob.
The App may display advertising, including interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements that allow users to receive certain in-game benefits.
Purchasing Remove Ads removes non-rewarded ads. Optional rewarded ads may remain available for users who choose to view them in exchange for in-game benefits.

The App’s software, design, artwork, characters, audio, and the compilation and presentation of hadith references within the App are owned by Subhanallah Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.
Hadith are religious source texts. We make reasonable efforts to accurately reproduce hadith text, translations, classifications, and source references featured within the App.
However, errors may occur. The App is provided for entertainment and general informational purposes and is not intended to replace primary Islamic sources, qualified scholarly guidance, or consultation with knowledgeable religious authorities.
If you submit suggestions or feedback about the App, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the platform through which you downloaded it.
These Terms are between you and Subhanallah Studios only, not Apple.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent required by Apple’s applicable terms, Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, may enforce applicable provisions against you.
Your use of the App is additionally subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.
We may modify, update, add, remove, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features, content, virtual items, rewards, game mechanics, or other aspects of the App from time to time.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, item, reward, or other content will remain available indefinitely.
Any such changes will be subject to applicable law and applicable Apple App Store or Google Play requirements.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
While we make reasonable efforts to accurately reproduce hadith text, translations, classifications, and source references, errors may occur.
The App is not intended to replace primary Islamic sources or qualified scholarly guidance.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUBHANALLAH STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, VIRTUAL ITEMS, VIRTUAL CURRENCY, PROFITS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We reserve the right to restrict access to features or services, or take other appropriate action, where reasonably necessary to address:
Sections that by their nature should survive termination or discontinuation, including provisions concerning virtual items, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and disputes, will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the Last Updated date above.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and handled in connection with the App.
